I have decided not to weigh in this week. I am keeping steady on my change of lifestyle and running so I want to be extra surprised next week. I also don't want to concentrate on the scale so much anymore. If this is, in fact, a change of lifestyle then I need to go about it without counting on seeing those numbers go down weekly, right? I should go by the way my clothes are fitting.
OR, did I really weigh in this morning and gain weight? I will let you be the judge.... Either way, you will see the number next week.

okay, you encouraged me. I am off to the gym to start my couch to 5K program. I hate running . . . but I am gonna do it!! :)
